Managing Director and Legal Counsel, Footprint Coalition Ventures

Alison Horton is Managing Director and General Counsel of Footprint Coalition Ventures. She joined the firm in 2008 and is based in the New York office.

Prior to joining Footprint Coalition Ventures, Ms. Horton served as General Counsel at Pequot Capital Management. Ms. Horton holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Princeton University.
